I expressed this to the apartment and they would send their maintenance worker, and he would say that the ventilation is fine. Finally I decided to buy ANOTHER new dryer of a different make and model. Got the new dryer and the clothes get really hot but are still wet. I provided the receipts of both dryers and the evidence of the 3 occasions that the mechanics were sent.
